So many women have discovered how much better they can feel by doing yoga while pregnant. A yoga practice including breathing techniques and meditation designed for expectant women will help prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth and for your life as a parent.

Our prenatal yoga classes are designed for women at all stages of pregnancy. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience with yoga, modifications will be given with respect to each person's trimester and abilities.

class schedule

​This class meets at Full Circle Yoga on Saturdays from 12:45 am to 1:45 pm.  There is an introductory special for all first timers to Full Circle Yoga: 3 classes for $25.   Class size is currently limited and pre-registration is required.
